documents in your organization, and the current format of your
documents. If you documents are in paper format, they must first
be transferred to digital format to make them available online.
For a program extending beyond archived documents into current
files, the method of transferring your documents to digital format
on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis again depends on the size
of your organization. The appropriate method may be through a service
bureau, or by a complete turnkey scanning system on-site.
